 提交退貨請求，再依信件指示將欲退貨商品連同包裝原始狀態，寄回指定地址，運費需由買家自費。收到退貨商品經檢查如原狀後，將於7日內退回全額款項。

Upon receiving the request, we will provide further instructions in our response.
The returned product, including its original packaging, should be sent to the designated address, and the shipping fees must be covered by the buyer.


Once we receive and inspect the returned product in its original condition, a full refund will be issued within 7 days

商品由西班牙加納利群島由掛號寄出，運費照西班牙郵政費率計算。寄達台灣/ 美洲 約2-5星期。

The product will be sent out from the Canary Islands, shipping fee according to the postage rates of Spanish postal service.(Correo)

* Please avoid placing the item in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity.
